We'll depart from Marrakech around 9 in the morning and drive south for about 2 hours through the Moulay Brahim Gorges to Asni, where a weekly market takes place every Saturday. From there, we'll continue to Imlil (1740m), nestled in the foothills of the Western High Atlas Mountains. After a refreshing glass of mint tea, we'll meet our local guide and embark on a 4km journey south to the Berber village of Aroumd (1843m). Along the way, we'll pass through quaint hamlets and enjoy breathtaking views of the Toubkal Massif. In Aroumd, we'll explore the unique village nestled on a moraine spur and surrounded by terraced fields and almond and walnut trees. Afterward, we'll head to the village of Achayne for lunch with a Berber family. Finally, we'll make our way back to Imlil and return to Marrakech.
